The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a functional ball using a functional mixture including Neocera B, more particularly, to : a mixture having antibiotic and deodorizing functions, wherein zeolite, Neocera B, red clay and anions are mixed at a constant ratio; and a method for manufacturing a functional ball using a functional mixture including Neocera B by mixing the materials in a specific order and conditions and baking it into a ball shape at a high temperature. According to the present invention, provided is the method for manufacturing the functional ball using the functional mixture including Neocera B, comprising : a first step for making a seed ball with 0.5-1.0 mm in diameter by inserting, into a rotating ball generator, zeolite powder while spraying water; a second step for drying the seed ball until water therein becomes 25-40 wt%; a third step for forming a main ball with 4-5 mm in diameter by inserting the dried seed ball into the ball generator, and then, inserting the functional mixture comprising 35-45 wt% of Neocera B, 30-40 wt% of zeolite, 20-30 wt% of red clay and 5-10 wt% of anions while spraying water; a fourth step for drying the main ball for 70-90 hours until water content therein becomes 10-15 wt%; and a fifth step for performing heat treatment by putting the dried main ball into a baking kiln and baking it for 20-30 hours at a temperature of 180-250 °C and for 20-30 hours at a temperature of 800-1, 500 °C. |
