PURPOSE : A cellulose heat treatment cord for reinforcing rubber is provided to have a force-transformation curve adapting to a tire cord, the excellent dimension safety and heat-proof properties.
CONSTITUTION : A lyocell rare cord consisted of at least two lyocell multi filaments is immersed into the dipping solution and cured so that the lyocell heat treatment cord is manufactured. The lyocell heat treatment cord is elongated below 1%% when applying the initial stress of 1.0g/d at the dry state and has the initial modulus of 80 to 200g/d. The lyocell heat treatment cord is elongated below 6%% at the stress period of 1.0g/d to 4.0g/d. The cord has the force-change curve with the elongation of above 1%% from the tensile strength of 4.0g/d to the cut state. The polymerization degree lowering rate of the lyocell heat treatment cord is below 3.0%%.
