PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a anti-allergen filter efficiently preventing allergen materials holding the allergic activity from re-scattering for a long period of time by adsorbing and collecting the allergen materials such as mites and pollen, and inactivating the allergic activities of the collected allergen materials, a production method therefor and its application. SOLUTION : The anti-allergen filter is constituted by carrying, on a filter, a non-water-soluble polymer anti-allergen agent having a phenolic hydroxide group and a moisture absorbing agent. The production method therefor is characterized in that a treating liquid prepared by dissolving and/or dispersing the non-water-soluble polymer anti-allergen agent having the phenolic hydroxide group and the moisture absorbing agent into a water-containing organic solvent is applied on the filter, and then dried. A device of this invention device is characterized by arranging the anti-allergen filter between a sucking opening of air and a vent opening.
