One embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for extracting rare metal elements, comprising : a first step of manufacturing an extraction remainder by reacting an extraction solvent including halogen acid and fly ashes; and a second step of adding a non-halogen acid extraction solvent to the extraction remainder, and reacting the extraction remainder by applying an ultrasonic vibration heat source.
