A high-temperature-stability permanent magnet material and an application thereof. The microstructure of the permanent magnet material comprises a strong magnetic phase and a magnetic phase with spinning phase change; the strong magnetic phase and the magnetic phase with spinning phase change are isolated from each other; and the absolute value of the saturation magnetization intensity temperature coefficient of the strong magnetic phase is less than 0.02 %/°C. By means of the permanent magnet material comprising the strong magnetic phase and the magnetic phase with spinning phase change, a positive coercive force temperature coefficient can be obtained, so that obtaining of a low coercive force temperature coefficient can be targeted, regular and universal; moreover, a residual magnetism temperature coefficient of the magnet can be adjusted based on the anti-ferromagnetism coupling characteristic of heavy rare earth elements and transitional metals, so that the technical problem in the prior art that it is hard to obtain the low coercive force temperature coefficient and a low residual magnetism temperature coefficient at the same time can be solved. In addition, the temperature intervals of the low coercive force temperature coefficient and the low residual magnetism temperature coefficient of the permanent magnet material are adjusted by means of adjustment components and process, so as to meet application of the permanent magnet material in different required fields.
