The present invention relates to a re-tensioning apparatus for a ground permanent anchor. In an apparatus for re-tensioning a tensioning material of the ground permanent anchor, a fixation head is mounted on a re-tensioning head, and a protruded part of the tensioning material is fastened to a wedge harness. After the wedge harness is fastened to a wedge fixture and a re-tensioning wire is fastened to the wedge fixture, the re-tensioning wire is pulled to re-tension the re-tensioning wire.
