PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To recover rare metals. SOLUTION : There is provided a method for recovering rare metals from a chloride residue in titanium smelting. The method includes the steps of : classifying the chloride residue into coarse grains and fine grains; and recovering the fine grains.
