Provided are a composite rare earth permanent magnet thin film, a method for manufacturing the same, and a device employing the same. The thin film includes a substrate and a rare earth permanent magnet thin film grown on the substrate. The substrate is a shape memory alloy. Thin film growth processing is performed on the substrate by means of magnetron sputtering, vacuum deposition, electrolytic deposition, physical vapor deposition, or chemical vapor deposition to grow the rare earth permanent magnet thin film. In the composite rare earth permanent magnet thin film of the present invention, a lattice misfit is formed at the interface between the thin film and the substrate through the shape memory effect formed in the martensite-based reformation process of the substrate, and a strain capable of continuous control is introduced into the thin film. As a result, control and optimization are realized for rare earth permanent magnet thin film performance, and electronic component size reduction, weight reduction, and thickness reduction have been achieved along with power generation demand of performance improvement.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
