FIELD : biochemistry. SUBSTANCE : invention relates to biochemistry. Device for polymerase chain reaction is proposed. PCR device contains series-connected PCR thermoblocks, containing two or more reaction chambers, plate type PCR chip and unidirectional sliding device. Each PCR thermoblock contains two or more heaters located on the upper surface of the heater basecoat. Sliding device provides a series of thermal contact between two or more reaction heat chambers of PCR chip with two or more re-positioned edges of PCR thermoblock. EFFECT : invention provides reduction in PCR duration, increase of PCR and samples, measured and analyzed in real time. 13 cl, 23 dwg
