[Problem] We provide a wavelength conversion member that can shorten the after light time of red emission due to excited light while maintaining high brightness. [Solution] The wavelength conversion member includes a schiff base ligand, a β-diketnato ligand, a rare earth metal complex including a rare earth metal element and a manganese, a fluoride phosphor containing manganese, and a resin, and the luminescence intensity when excitation light is irradiated is set to 100%, and the reference intensity is 36.5% from the reference time. The afterglow time, which becomes 8% luminous intensity, is less than 4ms. [Selection figure]None
