The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fabric with far-infrared rays and negative ion generation functions. The fabric manufacturing method includes the processes of : melting rare earth materials including at least one of scandium [Se(21)] and yttrium [Y(39)] and the 15 elements in the lanthanide series having the atomic number of 57-71 in the group-3 elements on the periodic table emitting negative ions (ST 1); forming powder by finely grinding loess or elvan emitting far-infrared rays (ST 2); forming powder by grinding tourmaline having fine electricity emitting properties (ST 3); drying the pine resin extracted from pine trees in the form of powder to enhance the adhesion performance (ST 4); mixing 30-40 wt% of the molten rare earth minerals, 20-30 wt% of the loess or elvan powder ground in advance; 20-30 wt% of the ground tourmaline, and 10-20 wt% of pine resin powder (ST 5); diluting 20-40 wt% of the mixture to 60-80 wt% of water (ST 6); soaking a fabric in the mixture having the adhesion performance of the pine resin while emitting electricity, far-infrared rays, and negative ions by soaking the fabric in the water diluting the mixture (ST 7); heat-treating the fabric soaked in the water diluting the mixture at 170 degrees for 30-50 seconds to adhere the mixture thereto (ST 8).(ST1) Melt rare earth materials(ST2) Prepare powder (loess, elvan)(ST3) Prepare powder (tourmaline)(ST4) Prepare powder (pine resin)(ST5) Mix materials(ST6) Dilute(ST7) Soak a fabric(ST8) Adhere by executing a heat treatment operationCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
