According to an embodiment of the present invention, a rare earth magnet comprises : a rear earth permanent magnet represented by a-b-c, wherein a is Sm, Ti, Nb, Al, V, Mn, Sn, Ca, Mg, Pb, Sb, Zn, Si, Zr, Cr, Ni, Cu, Ga, Mo, W or Ta, b is Fe or Fe and Co, and c is N or B; a first coating layer coated on the surface of the rare earth permanent magnet, and including a first magnet material; and a second coating layer coated on the surface of the first coating layer, and including a second magnet material and an additive.
