Various embodiments of the present invention provide a thermoelectric material, which can contain a ceramic oxide doped with rare earth elements including yttrium (Y). Various embodiments of the present invention provide a method for fabricating a thermoelectric material, comprising the steps of : preparing starting materials of SrCO_3, TiO_2 and Y_2O_3; ball-milling the starting materials to produce slurry; drying and calcining the slurry; and hot-pressing the calcinated powder. The thermoelectric material has high electric conductivity, high Seebeck coefficient and low thermal conductivity to enhance energy conversion efficiency.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
