Here, A is one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Ca, Sr, and Ba, and R is one or more elements selected from the group consisting of the rare-earth elements. Additionally, a is 0.9 to 1.1, b is 0.9 to 1.1, c is 0.9 to 1.1, x is 2.9 to 3.1, and y is 4.9 to 5.1. The porosity of the porous ceramic (200) is 20% to 40%.
