The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing RE-Fe-B-based rare earth magnet for performing grain boundary diffusion on heavy rare earth, and a RE-Fe-B-based rare earth magnet for performing grain boundary diffusion on heavy rare earth manufactured thereby. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing RE-Fe-B-based rare earth magnet for performing grain boundary diffusion on heavy rare earth which solves a problem that heavy rare earth is not uniformly diffused to the inside by mainly using a heavy rare earth hydrogen compound as a diffusion material in manufacturing a grain boundary diffusion magnet to manufacture a RE-Fe-B-based sintering magnet for performing grain boundary diffusion on reduced heavy rare earth so as to improve coercive force while using the minimum amount of heavy rare earth as well as producing a uniform and stable quality product, and a RE-Fe-B-based rare earth magnet for performing grain boundary diffusion on heavy rare earth manufactured thereby.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
