PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a catalytic cracking catalyst of a hydrocarbon oil enabling a gasoline fraction having high octane value and LPG having high content percentage of propylene and butene to be produced while suppressing increase in yield of a heavy fraction.SOLUTION : The catalytic cracking catalyst of a hydrocarbon oil is provided which contains : zeolite having a sodalite cage structure having a lattice constant of 2.430 to 2.445 nm; a silicon atom derived from silica sol; a phosphorus atom and an aluminum atom derived from primary aluminum phosphate; rare earth metal; and clay mineral each in a predetermined amount. In the catalytic cracking catalyst of a hydrocarbon oil, a ratio of content percentage of the phosphorus atom and the aluminum atom derived from the primary aluminum phosphate in terms of AlO3 POto content percentage of the aluminum atom existing in a unit lattice skeleton of the zeolite in the catalytic cracking catalyst is 0.01 to 0.45, and a ratio of content percentage of the rare earth metal in terms of oxide to the percentage content of the aluminum atom existing in a unit lattice skeleton of the zeolite in the catalytic cracking catalyst is 0.003 to 0.27.
