The present invention relates to an iron base alloy metal separation plate having rare earth oxide particles dispersed therein, and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a non-coated metal separation plate for a high-temperature electrolysis reaction, which applies a ferritic steel based on a Fe base alloy having a thermal expansion coefficient matched with each cell to satisfy requirements of a metal separation plate as a base material, and adds 0.5 to 10 wt% of La_2O_3, which is a rare earth oxide, to improve oxidation resistance and electrical conductivity, wherein rare earth oxide particles (La_2O_3) are used as nanoparticles, such that oxidation resistance and durability are remarkably excellent, and to a manufacturing method thereof.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
