The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display device. The organic light emitting diode display device according to the present invention includes a first electrode formed on each of red, green and blue pixel regions on a substrate, a hole injecting layer and a hole transport layer sequentially formed on the first electrode through a solution process, red and green light emitting material layers, and a blue light emitting material layer and an electron transport layer sequentially formed by a deposition process, and a second electrode. The hole transport layer of the blue pixel region includes a first hole transport layer and a second hole transport layer. The first hole transport layer contains a siloxane compound and has a smaller refractive index than the second hole transport layer. Accordingly, the charge balance of the blue light emitting diode can be optimized to realize a long life and a high color reproduction rate.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
