The present invention relates to a cosmetic containing an impregnation member made of a poly ethylene glycol-isophthalate-terephthalate (PEIT) copolymer and, more specifically, to a cosmetic containing an impregnation member made of PEIT copolymer, wherein the cosmetic can be impregnated with a large amount of the cosmetic composition, can adjust a discharge amount of the cosmetic composition, and increases users portability and convenience of use. In addition, provided is a cosmetic which comprises an impregnation member made of a PEIT copolymer. The impregnation member has density of 20-25 g/mm^3 and is formed to have an amorphous fiber structure. A fixation part is inserted in an upper side of the impregnation member to prevent the impregnation member from being displaced.
