PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an allergen reducing composition capable of surface processing on an unwoven fabric and a filter material by using an allergen reducing composition containing zinc salt, rare earth salt and tannic acid in specific concentration ranges, and an unwoven fabric and a filter material having allergen reducing performance. SOLUTION : By using an allergen reducing composition containing zinc salt, rear earth salt and tannic acid with a ratio of metal components of the zinc salt and the rear earth salt in a range of 1 : 9 to 9 : 1 and further a ratio of total of metals of the zinc salt and the rare earth salt and the tannic acid in a range of 2 : 8 to 19 : 1, allergen such as mite or cedar pollen can be reduced, and a function for reducing allergen can be added to an unwoven fabric, a mask, a filter material, a dust collection bag of a vacuum cleaner or the like.
