PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a laminate structure excellent in oxygen shielding property under atmosphere containing high temperature oxygen.
SOLUTION : A laminate structure 10 is formed in one surface side of a stem 20 containing an inorganic compound, consisted by jointing a first layer 11 containing mullite and a second layer 13 containing a rare earth disilicate compound represented by RE2Si2O7 and a rare earth monosilicate compound represented by RE2SiO5, where RE is a rear earth element. The second layer 13 consists of a base phase containing the rare earth disilicate compound and a dispersion phase dispersed in the base phase and containing the rare earth monosilicate compound.
