The present invention relates to a liquid wall paper composition to be plastered and to a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a liquid wall paper composition to be plastered containing a silicate mineral powder, a mixed extract of Zanthoxylum piperitum, Zanthoxylum piperitum, and Cinnamomum verum, a kidney stone, an amethyst, a cellulose derivative, a water-soluble polyurethane resin, calcium carbonate, a silicone polymer, a rare earth element, an aerogel and purified water, and to a manufacturing method thereof.
