The present invention relates to a carrier for supplying an alkali medium of a lime component to treat heavy metal in rare earth extraction wastewater. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the carrier for supplying the alkali medium of the lime component to treat the heavy metal in the rare earth extraction wastewater comprises a plurality of cartridges (10), the alkali medium (20), a plurality of frames (30), a plurality of lower brackets (12), and a plurality of upper brackets (50).
