PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a solid electrolyte particle having a high lithium ion conductivity.
SOLUTION : A solid electrolyte particle comprises LATP represented by the chemical formula, Li1+xMxTi2-x(PO4)3 (where M is at least one element selected from Al and a rare earth element, and x represents 0.1-1.9), and satisfies the relation given by 25≤IA/IB≤1000, where IA is a diffraction intensity of (113) plane of LATP and IB is a diffraction intensity of (101) plane of AlPO4 in X-ray diffraction measurement.
