PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth magnet material by which a rare earth magnet high in magnetic powder density and superior in magnetic property can be obtained. SOLUTION : A rare earth magnet material comprises : monocrystalline anisotropic particles including samarium, iron, cobalt and nitrogen and having uniaxial crystal magnetic anisotropy; and polycrystalline isotropic particles including samarium, iron and nitrogen, having isotropy, and binding the anisotropic particles to one another.
