The present invention provides a flute having a novel structure and a stopper set thereof capable of overcoming problems associated with the use of a conventional cork stopper. According to the present invention, the stopper set of a head joint of the flute includes : a reflection plate for forming a space top of a resonance chamber inside the flute; a support plate coupled to and supporting the reflection plate; a support rod extending from the center of the support plate in a direction opposite to the reflection plate, and having a screw thread formed on a surface thereof; a spacing member inserted into the support rod and having a hollow cylindrical shape; a fastening member fixing the spacing member around the support rod and having a female screw fastened to the screw thread; and a first O-ring and a second O-ring, which are provided around upper and lower ends of the spacing member so as to form an airtight state with an inner circumferential surface of a tube composing the head joint of the flute.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
