The present invention relates to a torque link of a landing gear for an aircraft using a high strength hard-to-form aluminum, capable of improving mechanical properties of the torque link through prevention of a metal flow from being cut. According to the present invention, the torque link comprises : a housing having a through-hole formed therein; a volume distribution mold including first, second, and third volume formation parts in one direction in order to form first, second, and third volumes along the through-hole; and a pressing part pressing a high strength hard-to-form aluminum material disposed in the volume formation part to distribute a volume of the high strength hard-to-form aluminum material in order to correspond to each volume formation part. The torque link is formed by integrally extruding the high strength hard-to-form aluminum material by the first, second, and third volumes along an extrusion direction through a front extruder in order to decrease a diameter of a cross section to form a first processed material in order to prevent the metal line of the high strength hard-to-form aluminum material from being cut; by disposing the first processed material in a mold to forge the same to perform first mold forging; and by precisely performing second forging of the first mold-forged material.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
