PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dielectric ceramic composition having good characteristics under high electric field intensity, especially, IR characteristics and good high temperature load life. SOLUTION : A dielectric ceramic composition contains a main component made of a composition formula (Ba1-x-ySrxCay)m(Ti1-ZZrZ)O3 (all of m, x, y and z represent molar ratios, and satisfy 0.94≤m≤1.1, 0≤x≤0.2, 0≤y≤0.2 and 0.06≤z<0.2, respectively), a first auxiliary component made of an oxide of a rare earth element R, a second auxiliary component made of an oxide of Mg, a third auxiliary component made of an oxide of at least one element M selected from Mn, Cr, Co and Fe, and a fourth auxiliary component as a sintering aid, where a content R of the first auxiliary component in terms of the oxide is 8-20 mol, a content M of the second auxiliary component in terms of the oxide is 3-15 mol and a content N of the third auxiliary component in terms of the oxide is 0.6-2.0 mol, with respect to 100 mol of the main component, and the dielectric ceramic composition satisfies an expression of 1.0≤R/(M+N)≤2.4.
