PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a neodymium-iron-boron-based ally having reduced rare earth amount and excellent in coercive force. SOLUTION : There is provided a neodymium-iron-boron-based alloy consisted by a composite structure containing crystal particles of a neodymium-iron-boron-based compound having a Nd2Fe14B type crystal structure with average particle diameter of more than 1 nm and 50 nm or less and an α-Fe alloy with average particle diameter of more than 10 nm and 50 nm or less and having lattice constant of a c axis of crystal particles of the neodymium-iron-boron-based compound of 1.206 nm or more and smaller than 1.218 nm.
