PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a light-emitting device which enables the achievement of a superior color rendering property. SOLUTION : A light-emitting device 100 comprises : a light-emitting element 10 having a luminescence peak wavelength in a wavelength range of 430-470 nm; and a fluorescence member 50 including phosphors 70. The fluorescence member 50 includes : a first phosphor 71 activated by Eu and including an alkaline earth metal aluminate; a second phosphor 72 activated by Mn and including a fluorogermanate; a third phosphor 73 activated by Ce and including a rare earth aluminate; and a fourth phosphor 74 activated by Eu and including a nitride phosphor including Sr, Ca, Al and Si.
