PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an oil compound having excellent initial defoaming property and little time degradation even in an alkaline foaming liquid.SOLUTION : In an oil compound for a defoaming agent, (A) hydrophobic organopolysiloxane, (B) silica fine powders and (C) organopolysiloxane expressed by formula (I) : XSiR2O(SiR2O)(SiRYO)(SiRXO)SiR2X(I) are contained and (C) ingredient is used as the surface treatment agent of (B) ingredient [where, Ris a monovalent organic group; X, Xand Rare groups shown by formula (i) : -CHSiR(OR)(i); Y is a group shown by formula (ii) : -O(SiRXO)SiR2X(ii); c, d and e are integers of 0 or greater; one or more groups among X-Xare shown by formula (i); Ris H or a monovalent hydrocarbon group; a is an integer of 2 or greater; b is an integer of 1-3; Xis equal to X; and f is an integer of 0 or greater].SELECTED DRAWING : None
