Solutions received during the first process (10) and the second extraction process (11) extraction, are besieged in two stages, during the first stage (13) precious metals are besieged and in the second phase (16) rare earth elements are besieged. The first process (10) of extraction and the second extraction process (11) and first stage (13) and second phase (16) combined with each other.
