PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a ferrite austenite stainless steel sheet large in uniform elongation and local elongation in a components containing not large amount of Ni which is expensive and rare and developing no TRIP. SOLUTION : There is provided a ferrite austenite stainless steel sheet having Md value calculated from a chemical composition in an austenite phase containing, by mass%, N : 0.080 to 0.300% and having PI value of less than 30 of less than -10°C, average of projected area circle equivalent diameter of austenite particles on a cross section vertical to a rolling width direction of the steel sheet of 1.0+5.0×nitrogen content of whole steel sheet (mass%) μm or more and an F value calculated from area ratio of austenite particles having shape aspect ratio represented by inverse number by dividing length of the longest diameter to total area of the austenite particles on the cross section vertical to the rolling width direction of the steel sheet by the longest length in the direction vertical to the same of less than 0.5 and ferrite/austenite phase boundary number in 1000 μm of a direction vertical to a rolling direction on a cross section vertical to a thickness direction of 120 or more.
