PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a charge-transporting varnish in which a charge-transporting material including a charge-transporting compound and an electron-acceptive material, is improved in dissolubility, and which can provide a thin film having high flatness and excellent electron transporting properties.SOLUTION : A charge-transporting varnish contains : an amine compound represented by formula (1) where Ais a hydrogen atom, Aand Aare each independently an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, or the like; a charge-transporting compound having a structure with two or more of same or different bivalent organic groups selected from formulae (2) to (4) and a molecular weight of 300 to 5, 000; an electron-acceptive material; and an organic solvent. In the formulae (2), (3) and (4), Xis -NY- or the like, Xis -NY- or the like, Xis -NY- or the like, Yto Yare each independently a hydrogen atom or the like, and Rto Rare each independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or the like.
