PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a shrinkage reducing agent for a cement composition, the shrinkage reducing agent improving self shrinkage reducing effect of the cement composition, being excellent in compatibility with a water-reducing agent, and achieving the cement composition as one liquid type which is said to be technically difficult.SOLUTION : There is provided a shrinkage reducing agent for a cement composition containing a compound A represented by formula [1] and a compound (B) represented by formula [2] with a mass ratio of the compound A to the compound B of A : B=99 : 1 to 50 : 50. In the formula [1], Rand Rare each independently an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and n is an average addition mole number of oxyethylene (EO) groups of 2 or 3. In the formula [2], Ris a hydrocarbon group having 9 to 24 carbon atoms, and mand mare each independently an average addition mole number of oxyethylene (EO) groups of 0 to 30 where the sum of mand mis 1 to 30.
