Provided are a corrosion-resistant sintered neodymium-iron-boron magnet rich in lanthanum and cerium, and a manufacturing method. The specific operating steps of the method are as follows : preparing a neodymium-iron-boron rare-earth permanent magnet material alloy rich in lanthanum and cerium elements; preparing a Co-rich alloy material; crushing the neodymium-iron-boron rare-earth permanent magnet material alloy rich in lanthanum and cerium elements; uniformly mixing the prepared Co-rich alloy material into the powder of the neodymium-iron-boron rare-earth permanent magnet material alloy rich in lanthanum and cerium elements, according to a certain mass percentage content; pressing and forming the mixed alloy powder into a blank, in an oriented magnetic field greater than or equal to 1.5 T, under nitrogen atmosphere protection; and placing the formed blank into a high-vacuum sintering furnace and performing high-temperature sintering, and performing a two-stage tempering process, so as to prepare the corrosion-resistant sintered neodymium-iron-boron magnet rich in lanthanum and cerium elements. By distributing more Co element of the magnet at a crystal boundary of the magnet, the corrosion-resistant performance of the magnet is improved on the basis of guaranteeing the magnetic performance of the magnet.
