The present invention relates to an SCM-10 molecular sieve, a method for producing same, and use thereof. The molecular sieve has an empirical chemical composition as illustrated by the formula, a first oxide· a second oxide, wherein the molar ratio of the first oxide to the second oxide is less than 40, the first oxide is at least one selected from the group consisting of silica and germanium dioxide, and the second oxide is at least one selected from the group consisting of alumina, boron oxide, iron oxide, gallium oxide, titanium oxide, rare earth oxides, indium oxide, and vanadium oxide.
