The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting anticancer agent tolerance comprising rare ginsenoside CSH1 (Rg6) as an active ingredient, wherein the CSH1 (Rg6) has been confirmed to promote bond between BRCA1 and Rad51, inhibit the expression of stress hormone-inducing γ -tubulin, and inhibit tolerance to taxol in cancer cells. Accordingly, the CSH1 (Rg6) is expected to be usefully used as medicines for inhibiting anticancer agent tolerance, or anti-cancer medicines in anti-cancer treatment.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
