The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of flake graphite cast iron using a by-product of a rare-earth permanent magnet according to an embodiment of the present invention. One aspect of the manufacturing method of flake graphite cast iron using a by-product of a rare-earth permanent magnet according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises : a melting step in which a cast iron material is dissolved in a melting furnace; a tapping step of tapping the cast iron casting solution wherein the casting material is dissolved into a ladle; an inoculation step in which the inoculum is added to the cast iron casting solution tapped into the ladle; and an injection step of injecting the cast iron casting solution with the inoculum therein into a mold. The inoculum includes at least a by-product of a rare-earth permanent magnet.
