PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a ceramic capacitor dielectric material stabilizing effects of temperature on electrostatic capacitance and effects of electric field on electrostatic capacitance and fitting to X7T dielectric properties of EIA.
SOLUTION : There is provided a ceramic capacitor dielectric material manufacturing a dielectric material by mixing BaTiO3 with added amount 40 to 80 mol%, BaZrO3 with added amount of 20 to 40 mol% and SrTiO3 with added amount of 20 mol% or less as main components, MgCO3, SiO2 and one or more kind of compound selected from a compound of transition metal or a compound of rare earth element. A temperature at Curie point is reduced to a room temperature or less by adding BaZrO3 and stable cubic crystal structure is formed and stability of dielectric property to temperature can be enhanced by stability of a crystal structure. There is provided a ceramic capacitor dielectric material containing MgCO3 of 2 to 6 mol% and SiO2 of 2 mol or less.
