PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To enhance the yield during mass production by making the number of components decrease with a simple structure as well as improving assemblability while reducing the cost. SOLUTION : Hot elements 11a, 11b are formed on the surface of an elongated substrate 10, earth elements 11c, 11d are formed on its back, and passive elements 11e, 11f are located closely together, thus constituting a first stage element 11. A second stage element 12 is also constituted similarly. A first branch line 14a and a second branch line 14b for feeding from a feeding point 13 to the hot elements of the first stage element 11 and second stage element 12 are formed on the surface, and an earth line 14c for feeding to the earth elements of the first stage element 11 and second stage element 12 are formed on the back. A dipole antenna is constituted of the hot element and earth element, and its bandwidth is made to widen by locating the passive element close to the dipole antenna.
