PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a scintillator array which corresponds to miniaturization and high definition of a detector, reduces a crosstalk between scintillator elements, reduces dispersion in light output of the detector, and enhances positioning accuracy with a photodiode for detecting light, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.
SOLUTION : There is provided a scintillator array, which has a plurality of ceramic scintillator elements that are sintered bodies of a fluorescent body of any one of a rare-earth acid sulfide, garnet and a composite sulfide, and a reflection layer that is provided so as to integrate these elements and has a resin of which a glass transition point is set at a temperature higher than a use temperature range, where a surface of the scintillator element in contact with the reflection layer is mirror-finished, a crosstalk of light emitted by incident X-rays is 20% or less with an output ratio of adjacent elements, and accuracy of an external dimension is enhanced.
