PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To improve heat resistance of a sintered magnet without an increase in a heavy rare-earth element usage amount.SOLUTION : In a coating material that is applied and diffused to the surface of a NdFeB base sintered magnet to improve a magnetic characteristic of the sintered magnet, the coating material is a mixture of fluoride of composition of YFor ScFand alcohol, and solvent having an azeotropic point with water is mixed into the alcohol.
