The use : Extraction of valuable metals - uranium, vanadium, rhenium, rare earth elements (REE) and scandium during comprehensive black-shale ore processing. The objective : To increase the recovery of uranium, vanadium, uranium, molybdenum, rhenium; and to improve the comprehensiveness of the ore usage by virtue of co-extraction of REE. The essence of the invention : A method for comprehensive black-shale ore processing comprising ore crushing, sulphuric-acid agitation leaching of uranium, vanadium, rhenium and rare earth elements from the ore resulting in obtaining a sulphate pulp, neutralizing the pulp, uranium and rhenium sorption form the clarified pregnant solution resulting in obtaining a mother liquor and a uranium/rhenium-enriched anionite, desorption thereof and producing uranium and rhenium products; oxidizing the mother liquor from the uranium/rhenium sorption step and sorption of vanadium therefrom using an anionite or ampholyte resulting in obtaining a mother liquor and a vanadium-enriched anionite or ampholyte, desorption of vanadium from the anionite or ampholyte and producing a vanadium product; and a cation-exchange sorption of rare earth elements from the mother liquor from the vanadium sorption step resulting in obtaining a mother liquor and a cationic exchanger enriched with rare earth elements, desorption thereof from the cationic exchanger resulting in obtaining rare-earth products. The positive effect of the invention is the increased recovery of uranium, vanadium, uranium, molybdenum, rhenium and rare earth elements from the clarified pregnant solution onto ion-exchange resins, as well as the relatively low consumption of reagents and electric power.
