PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a permanent magnet, having high saturation magnetization Is and coercive force HcJ, capable of being manufactured without using a rare earth element R.SOLUTION : The permanent magnet includes a periodic structure in which the concentration of Fe and T (T is one kind or more of rare earth elements where Co or Ni is essential) is alternatively changed. A period of the concentration change is less than or equal to 3.3 nm.
