PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth magnet material from which a rare earth magnet with high magnetic powder density, excellent in magnetic characteristics, can be obtained. SOLUTION : The rare earth magnet material includes : a plurality of anisotropic particles having single crystal and uniaxial crystal magnetic anisotropy, containing samarium, iron, gallium, and nitrogen; and a plurality of isotropic particles, for binding the anisotropic particles, containing samarium, iron, gallium, and nitrogen, and having polycrystalline and isotropy.
