In the apparatus for preparing the weakly alkaline composition including a nano-iron ion aqueous solution according to the present invention, when raw water reaches a water collection well through negative ions, a far-infrared ray emission ceramic filter, a rare earth tourmaline ceramic filter, a mineral filter, a bivalent and trivalent metal ceramic filter and an alkaline metal filter, a weakly alkaline composition containing 15-20 ppm of metal ions is prepared.
