FIELD : electrical engineering.SUBSTANCE : invention relates to electrical engineering, particularly to production methods of stator windings, electric motors rotors, transformers and magnetic conductors. Method includes heating of impregnating material and winding and degassing in pulse vacuuming mode, for this purpose residual pressure in the range 0.1-13.3 kPa is created, providing its achievement time of 0.07-1.0 s, maintaining impregnating material and winding for 1-10 minutes, then pressure is increased to atmospheric pressure, after that, pulse build-up and relief of vacuum 3-5 cycles are performed, then performing impregnating under pulse vacuuming mode. Before degassing, impregnating material is added with fine ferromagnetic filler with volume resistance of not less than 10Ohm·m, fine filler is ground to grain size d≤0.01 mm. When preparing said impregnating mixture filler is mixed with impregnating material in weight ratio (20÷30) % of ferromagnetic particles and (80÷70) % of impregnating material. Before heating of untreated winding in pulse vacuum mode winding temperature Tand its resistance Rare measured, upon completion of degassing pressure is increased to atmospheric pressure and impregnation mixture is drained from autoclave. After that, heating current is passed through winding, value of which is determined by winding data and current density, in range 7 A/mm≤j≤9 A/mm. When connecting heating current to winding change of its temperature Tis continuously monitored according to its resistance Rchange in accordance with mathematical expression, again creating residual pressure above winding in range 0.1-13.3 kPa and maintaining temperature in said values range for 10-20 minutes, after winding holding during said time pressure above winding is increased to atmospheric pressure, heated and dried.
