PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth magnet that is usable under a high-temperature environment and is suppressed in high-temperature demagnetizing factor.
SOLUTION : A rare earth sintered magnet is configured so as to contain main phase particles having a concentration difference of Si in main phase particles. That is, a rare earth magnet contains crystalline particles having an R2T14 B-type crystal structure as a main phase, the main phase particles contain main phase particles having a Si concentration difference in particles, and when the highest concentration of Si in the main phase particles having the concentration difference is represented by αSi and the lowest concentration is represented by βSi, by setting the concentration ratio A (A=αSi/βSi) of αSi and βSi to 1.10 or more, a crystal magnetic anisotropy distribution occurs in the main phase, thereby making it difficult to suffer a thermal effect and suppressing the high-temperature demagnetizing factor.
