PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth magnet which is usable under a high-temperature environment and suppressed in high-temperature demagnetizing factor.
SOLUTION : A rare earth sintered magnet is configured so as to contain main phase particles having a Cu concentration difference in main phase particles. That is, a rare earth magnet contains crystalline particles having an R2T14B-type crystal structure as a main phase, the main phase particles contain main phase particles having a Cu concentration difference in particles, and when the highest concentration of Cu in the main phase particles having the concentration difference is represented by αCu and the lowest concentration is represented by βCu, by setting the concentration ratio A (A=αCu/βCu) of αCu and βCu to 2.00 or more, a crystal magnetic anisotropy distribution is caused to occur in the main phase, thereby making it difficult to suffer a thermal effect and suppressing the high-temperature demagnetizing factor.
